Overview
- The problem
- “Every Monday I stare at my phone with no idea what to post. I have things going on (new stock, sampling, a market on Saturday) but I don’t turn them into a plan, and I post in bursts and then go quiet.”
- What you get
- A one-week content plan built from a 5-minute check-in about your real week: 3–7 post ideas mapped to days and formats you choose (reel, carousel, story, post), each with a hook, a shot list you can film on your phone, and a caption draft in your voice. Plus a “film this today” list, and a Friday recap from your own post insights (what you posted, what got saves/shares/clicks, one thing to repeat).
- What’s included
- Bot profile instructions
- Monday check-in questions (what’s new, what’s happening in the studio, events, stock, what customers asked)
- Content pillars worksheet (3–5 pillars for a fashion brand, set by you, e.g. making, styling, behind the scenes, community, product facts)
- Weekly plan template (day, pillar, format, hook, shot list, caption draft)
- Phone shot list cards (texture close-ups, try-on, packing, process)
- Caption length guide by format
- Friday recap template (from your own insights)
- 3 starter prompts (+ full prompt set)
- Review checklist
- Platform setup notes
- Ready-made skill (SKILL.md folder + zip)
- PDF guide
- Illustrative example
- What you’ll need
- Brand bible or voice rules (or Brand Bible output)
- Your 3–5 content pillars (the bot helps set them once)
- The platforms and how many posts a week you can realistically do
- A 5-minute Monday check-in about your real week
- On Friday: your own post insights (saves, shares, comments, link clicks), copied from the app
How it runs
7 steps- Install the profile. Set your pillars and posting rhythm once
- Monday: answer the 5-minute check-in
- Bot drafts the week’s plan: ideas mapped to days, hooks, shot lists, caption drafts, and a “film this today” list
- You approve, swap or drop each idea and check every fact (prices, dates, stock)Your call
- You film and post yourself, editing captions as you go
- Friday: paste your own insights. Bot drafts the recap and one thing to try next week
- You decide what changesYour call
Your call marks a step where you review and decide. Nothing moves on without you.
Estimated time: ~20–30 min to set pillars once, ~10–15 min each Monday, ~10 min Friday recap.
Starter prompts
- Here’s my week. Plan my posts
- Give me a shot list for a try-on reel of the Coastal Cardigan
- Here are my insights. What should I repeat?
The full prompt set is in the kit.
Sample output
Illustrative, fictional brand “Marlow & Pine”, written for this kit, not a platform test: “Week of Nov 2: your check-in: new oat cardigan stock in, sampling a long version, Harbor Holiday Market Saturday. Plan (4 posts, your rhythm): Mon: carousel, making pillar, hook ‘What 12-gauge merino actually means’, shots: yarn cone, machine close-up, finished cuff · Wed: reel, styling pillar, hook ‘One cardigan, three ways’, shots: try-on × 3 with outfit changes in one take · Fri: story set, community, ‘Find us at Harbor Market tomorrow, table 14' [VERIFY table number] · Sat: live stories from the table. Film today: yarn cone and cuff close-ups in window light. Caption draft (Mon): ‘Twelve needles per inch. That’s why it feels light but warm.’ [check: fiber facts match your product page].”
It will be replaced with real output after a test run.

Questions people ask
Will it post or schedule for me?
No, on purpose. It plans and drafts. You film, edit, post and schedule in your own apps. On Meta AI / Muse, keep approvals on and never approve a post from that chat.
Will it make my posts go viral?
We don’t promise that, and neither does the bot. It helps you post consistently about what’s really happening, and the recap shows what your own numbers say.
Can it write my emails too?
No. It writes social posts only. Email and SMS flows (welcome, win-back, back-in-stock) aren’t part of this bot.
What about trending sounds and hashtags?
It won’t claim any sound, hashtag or format “works”. It suggests formats (reel, carousel, story, post) and you choose. Use music from the platform’s own licensed library.
Which AI tool should I use?
Whichever you already use. Every route uses the same instructions. On Meta AI / Muse it’s adapted: drafting only, approvals on. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the any-chat-tool route work on free plans. Grok Bot needs a paid plan that includes it: The X Subscription Premium, Super or Ultra (Plus and Free don’t include it), or an existing SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, paid Cursor or Cursor Teams plan.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes, for your own brand. The kit is licensed for one business (you and anyone who works on your business may use it). It’s not licensed for agency or client-service use, and please don’t resell or republish it.
