What exactly am I buying?

A digital kit for one job: instructions, prompts, templates, checklists and setup notes that you use inside your own AI tool, plus a PDF guide and a ready-made skill. Nothing is hosted for you and there is nothing to install. Polar delivers it as a download.

Is anything free?

Yes. №01 One-Person Brand Bible Builder is free. Checkout asks for an email only, and any newsletter box starts unticked.

Which AI tools do I need?

One you already use. All twelve pieces in Collection 01 run on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and any capable chat model, and eleven run on Grok. Each product page labels every tool Tested, Compatible or Adapted and lists the accounts or plans it needs under Tools required.

What do the four formats mean?

Bot Profile. A ready-to-install assistant with instructions, memory seeds and guardrails.
Use Case. A guided, multi-step play that ends in a decision you make.
Prompt Pack. Copy-paste prompts for one focused job.
Workflow. An end-to-end system across tools, with review gates at each stage.
Bundle. A set of the above, priced below the sum of its parts.

Are the sample outputs real?

No. They use a fictional brand, Marlow & Pine, and were produced by walking through the prompts by hand, not by a platform test run. Each one is labeled Illustrative, and we replace it with real output after a test run.

Will the bot post or change things in my store?

No. Every piece drafts and recommends. You publish, send, post and change prices yourself. On AI tools that can take actions, the setup notes tell you to keep those actions switched off or behind your approval.

How do updates work?

We review the collection every month as AI tools change. When a piece is updated, its version and date change on its product page, and updates are included with your purchase. [placeholder: confirm how updated files reach buyers once Polar delivery is set up]

Do you sell to agencies?

Haute Bot Market is built for solo founders and small fashion businesses. The license covers one business: you and anyone who works on your business. It doesn’t cover agencies or freelancers running the tools for other businesses.

Who handles payment and tax?

Polar, as merchant of record. Polar takes the payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT at checkout and delivers your files. Your receipt comes from Polar.

Can I get a refund?

Once a digital product is downloaded, it can’t be refunded. If something doesn’t work as described, email support@hautebotmarket.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll fix it or replace it. Read the draft refund policy.
