Overview

The problem
“I’ve been offered a table at a market and a pop-up with another shop. I don’t know which pieces and sizes to bring, how much stock, what it really costs me, or how to tell afterward whether it was worth it.”
What you get
An event pack for one in-person day (or weekend): a go / no-go check from your real costs (table fee, travel, help, time) and your own past sales, a stock pull list by style, color and size, a packing and setup checklist, a simple day-of plan (who does what, card reader, signage, restock times), a “tell people” plan for your own channels, and a post-event recap from your actual sales (sold by style and size, what to bring next time, worth it or not).
What’s included
  • Bot profile instructions
  • Event go / no-go sheet (costs vs. what you’d need to sell to cover them)
  • Stock pull list template (style, color, size, quantity, from your stock)
  • Packing and setup checklist (display, mirror, bags, card reader, backup power, float, signage)
  • Day-of plan template
  • “tell people” plan (posts and emails on your own channels, written by you or your other bots)
  • Event-day sales log sheet
  • Post-event recap template
  • 3 starter prompts (+ full prompt set)
  • Review checklist
  • Platform setup notes
  • Ready-made skill (SKILL.md folder + zip)
  • PDF guide
  • Illustrative example
What you’ll need
  • Event details from the organizer (date, hours, fee, table size, rules, expected crowd only if they published it)
  • Your current stock by style, color and size (or Stock Check Bot output)
  • Your sales by style and size (online, or from past events)
  • Unit costs and retail prices
  • Who’s helping and for how long
  • After the event: what you sold, from your card reader or a tally sheet

How it runs

7 steps
  1. Install the profile. Paste the event details, stock and past sales
  2. Bot runs the go / no-go check: total costs and how many sales you’d need to cover them, with the math
  3. You decide whether to do the eventYour call
  4. Bot drafts the stock pull list (best sellers in your most-sold sizes, capped so enough stays online), plus the packing list and day-of plan
  5. You adjust the pull list to what fits your table and carYour call
  6. After the event, paste what you sold. Bot drafts the recap (sold by style and size, cost per sale, what to bring next time)
  7. You decide whether to do it againYour call

Your call marks a step where you review and decide. Nothing moves on without you.

Estimated time: ~30–45 min to plan one event, ~15 min for the recap.

Starter prompts

  1. Should I do this market? Here are the costs
  2. Build my stock pull list for Saturday
  3. Here’s what I sold. Was it worth it?

The full prompt set is in the kit.

Illustrative · fictional brand “Marlow & Pine”

Sample output

Illustrative, fictional brand “Marlow & Pine” and fictional market, written for this kit, not a platform test: “Go / no-go: Harbor Holiday Market (Dec 6, 10–4). Costs: table $85 + parking $20 + helper 6 h × $[SET] → [MISSING: helper rate]. Average margin per sale (your data): $52 → you need 3 sales to cover table + parking ($105 ÷ $52 = 2.02), more once the helper is priced in. Pull list (from your stock, capped at 40% per style): Rib Beanie 18 (all colors), Coastal Cardigan oat S2 / M4 / L3 / XL1 (your online size split), Harbor Crew ink M3 / L2. Recap (after): 14 sales · beanies 9 of 18 · cardigan M sold out by 1 pm → bring 6 M next time · cost per sale $7.50 (table + parking only) · your call: worth repeating?”

It will be replaced with real output after a test run.

Questions people ask

Will it tell me how much I’ll sell?

No. It never forecasts crowds or sales. It shows how many sales at your average margin would cover your costs, so you can judge whether that feels doable.

Do I need a permit or to collect sales tax?

Possibly. It depends on your city, state and the event. The bot reminds you to check with the organizer and your local authority. It doesn’t give tax or legal advice.

Is it only for holiday markets?

No. It works for any in-person selling day, all year: markets, pop-ups, trunk shows, fairs and shared-shop days.

Will it write my event posts?

It drafts a “tell people” plan for your own channels (what to say, when). Write the posts yourself or with your other bots, and post them yourself.

Which AI tool should I use?

Whichever you already use. Tools that read spreadsheets (ChatGPT data analysis, Claude with code execution) save pasting. Any chat tool works with pasted tables. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the any-chat-tool route work on free plans. Grok Bot needs a paid plan that includes it: The X Subscription Premium, Super or Ultra (Plus and Free don’t include it), or an existing SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, paid Cursor or Cursor Teams plan.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes, for your own brand. The kit is licensed for one business (you and anyone who works on your business may use it). It’s not licensed for agency or client-service use, and please don’t resell or republish it.
