How it runs
7 steps- Brief the capsule
- Bot proposes a size curve + quantities from your history (or a labeled placeholder)
- You confirm the buy against budget/MOQ (Gate A)Your call
- Bot builds the calendar and content sequence
- You approve and schedule content yourself (Gate B)Your call
- After launch, paste sales
- You review the sell-through report and log lessons (Gate C)Your call
Your call marks a step where you review and decide. Nothing moves on without you.
Estimated time: ~1–2 hrs for the first plan. ~30 min for the review.
Starter prompts
- Build a drop plan for {capsule} launching {date}
- Suggest a size curve and quantities within {budget}

Sample output
Drop: Coastal Knits, 3 styles. Size curve (from last 2 drops): XS 10% · S 25% · M 30% · L 22% · XL 13%. Buy: 60 units/style = $8,040 at cost, $960 under budget, all MOQs met. Calendar: teaser T-14, waitlist T-7, launch T-0, last-sizes T+10 (only if true). Review (T+30): M and L sold out. XS 50% left. Reorder M and L first.
Fictional numbers. Produced by a manual walk-through of the prompt, not a platform test. It will be replaced with real output after a test run.

House standards for this piece
All our standards- Human review gate
- You approve the buy (Gate A), every email and post (Gate B) and the sell-through review (Gate C).

- Your own sales by size. With no history it uses a clearly labeled placeholder for you to adjust.
- No invented results
- No sell-out or revenue promises, and no invented benchmarks or forecasts.
- AI disclosure
- Plans and copy are AI-assisted and reviewed by you. Paid or gifted creator posts are disclosed.
- IP & bias
- Inclusive size language. Never copies other brands’ drop copy.
- Privacy
- Aggregate sales only. Don’t upload customer lists.
- Approval boundary
- Never places orders, contacts makers, schedules posts or sends emails.
Questions people ask
I’ve never done a drop. Can I still use this?
Yes. With no sales history, the bot uses an even split across your sizes as a clearly labeled placeholder. Adjust it with your maker’s advice and your own judgment, and after your first drop you’ll have real numbers.
Will it tell me how many I’ll sell?
No. It suggests quantities from your own history, budget and MOQs. It doesn’t forecast sales, and any revenue figure is “if every unit sold at full price”.
Do I need a spreadsheet?
It helps. drop-planner-calculator.xlsx works in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers, and does the same math as the bot so you can check it.
Which AI tool should I use?
Whichever you already use. ChatGPT (with a Project), Claude (with a Project or skill), Gemini (with a skill), Grok Bot or any chat tool are all marked compatible: they should work, but we haven’t completed verified test runs yet. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the any-chat-tool route work on free plans. Grok Bot needs a SuperGrok or Cursor plan.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes, for your own brand. The license covers one business. Please don’t resell or republish it, or use it for client work.
