How it runs
7 steps- Fill in the intake template
- Run P1 (normalize measurements)
- Check and confirm the tableYour call
- Run P2–P5 per SKU
- Check every number against your source measurementsYour call
- Paste the result into the PDP yourself
- Use P6 as returns data comes in
Your call marks a step where you review and decide. Nothing moves on without you.
Estimated time: ~15 min per SKU after intake.

- Build a size chart for {product} from these measurements
- Write a How-it-fits block for {product}

Sample output
How it fits: Relaxed through the body, narrow at the shoulder. Between sizes? Size up for more room. Chest at S: 40 in / 102 cm. Knit in 12-gauge extra-fine merino, with a light stretch from the knit itself (no elastane). Model is 5'9" (175 cm) and wears size S.
Produced by a manual walk-through of the prompts, not a platform test. It will be replaced with real output after a test run.

Questions people ask
Do I need a tech pack?
No. A tech pack makes it quicker, but a tape measure and a flat table work. The intake sheet shows how to measure each point the same way every time.
Which AI tool should I use?
Whichever you already use. The prompts work in any chat tool, and ChatGPT (Project), Claude (Project or skill) and Gemini (skill) are all marked compatible: they should work, but we haven’t completed verified test runs yet. Every route works on free plans.
Can I trust the conversions?
Check them. The prompts use the exact 1 in = 2.54 cm, but AI tools can slip on numbers. measurement-intake.xlsx converts for you, so compare the two. If they disagree, trust the spreadsheet.
Will this reduce my returns?
We can’t promise that, and we won’t claim a percentage. Clear, accurate fit information helps customers choose. What happens next depends on your products and customers.
Can I say “true to size”?
On its own it’s vague. “Fits like your usual size in our range”, plus the chart, tells customers more. The fit language guide has more swaps.
What about model measurements?
Height and size worn are enough. Share other measurements only if the model has agreed, and never describe a model’s body type.
