Overview

The problem
“I make fashion content and want to work with brands I love, but my pitches sound like everyone else’s. I lead with follower counts and don’t know how to show what I actually bring.”
What you get
A pitch kit for your own creator business: a one-page media-kit draft built from your real numbers, a “why us” fit note for each brand you choose, a short pitch email/DM per brand, one follow-up, and a simple tracker. Nothing is sent for you.
What’s included
  • Bot profile instructions
  • Media-kit template (about, audience, content examples, real results, rates as [SET])
  • Brand-fit checklist (values, price point, aesthetic, past collabs you can see publicly)
  • Pitch email + DM templates
  • 1 follow-up template
  • Pitch tracker sheet
  • Disclosure reminder card (#ad / affiliate)
  • 3 starter prompts (+ full prompt set)
  • Review checklist
  • Platform setup notes
  • Ready-made skill (SKILL.md folder + zip)
  • PDF guide
  • Illustrative example
What you’ll need
  • Your niche and style in a few lines
  • Your real stats from your own platform analytics (followers, typical reach, saves, clicks, any past sales or codes used, if you have them)
  • 3–6 content links you’re proud of
  • Past collabs (only what you can share)
  • 3–10 brands you picked yourself (public info only)
  • Your rates or [SET]

How it runs

7 steps
  1. Install the profile. Paste your stats and links
  2. Bot drafts your media kit. Every number is pulled from what you gave it
  3. You check every number and claimYour call
  4. Add the brands you chose
  5. Bot writes a fit note and a pitch for each one
  6. You edit and send each pitch yourselfYour call
  7. Log replies in the tracker. Bot drafts a follow-up when you ask

Your call marks a step where you review and decide. Nothing moves on without you.

Estimated time: ~45–60 min for a media kit and first 3 pitches.

Starter prompts

  1. Draft my media kit from these stats
  2. Write a pitch to {brand} for a styling series
  3. Why am I a fit for {brand}? Be honest

Fill in the parts in braces. The full prompt set is in the kit.

Illustrative · fictional brand “Marlow & Pine”

Sample output

Illustrative, fictional creator “@coastline.closet.example” and brand “Marlow & Pine”, written for this kit, not a platform test: “Fit note: Your audience saves knit styling posts (your ‘how I wear one cardigan 5 ways’ reel has your highest saves, per the stats you pasted). Marlow & Pine sells small-run knitwear at $48–$148. Fit: GOOD on aesthetic and price. [VERIFY] whether they gift or pay. Their site doesn’t say. Pitch (DM): ‘Hi Marlow & Pine team, I style slow-fashion knits for a 30s capsule-wardrobe audience. I’d love to do a 3-post ‘one cardigan, three weeks’ series with the Coastal Cardigan. Media kit attached. Rates: [SET].’”

It will be replaced with real output after a test run.

House standards for this piece

All our standards
Human review gate
You check every number and claim in your media kit, and you edit and send every pitch yourself.
Data grounding
Only the creator’s own analytics, content links and shareable past collabs. Brand info from public pages the creator chose. [MISSING]/[VERIFY] on gaps.
No invented results
No “land X brand deals” promises. P5 findings stay context, never our results.
AI disclosure
Pitches are AI-assisted drafts. Sponsored or gifted content must be disclosed (#ad, affiliate) per platform and local rules.
IP & bias
Only the creator’s own content and likeness. No using brand logos or campaign images in the media kit without permission.
Privacy
No private contact lists, other creators’ stats, DMs from other people, or brands’ confidential terms.
Approval boundary
Never sends email/DMs, posts, follows, comments, accepts deals, or signs contracts.

Questions people ask

Can I use it to pitch for other creators?

No. The license covers your own creator business. Pitching for other creators (as a manager or agency) is client-service use, and it isn’t licensed.

Will it find brands or contacts for me?

No, on purpose. You pick the brands from public info, and you find the right contact through the brand’s own public channels. The bot never guesses emails.

What should I charge?

That’s your call. The bot leaves rates as [SET] and doesn’t quote “industry rates”, because we can’t verify them for you.

Is the disclosure card legal advice?

No. It’s a reminder to label paid, gifted and affiliate content. Check your platform’s rules and your local rules, or ask a qualified adviser.

Which AI tool should I use?

Whichever you already use. Every route uses the same instructions. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and the any-chat-tool route work on free plans. Grok Bot needs a paid plan that includes it: The X Subscription Premium, Super or Ultra (Plus and Free don’t include it), or an existing SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, paid Cursor or Cursor Teams plan.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes, for your own creator business. The kit is licensed for one business (you and anyone who works on your business may use it). It’s not licensed for agency or client-service use, including pitching for other creators, and please don’t resell or republish it.
